The Odey International Fund returned -4.7% for the month of April.
In his April report, Crispin Odey answers why he remains stubbornly bearish despite the last quarter seeing the first synchronised upturn in global growth for three years. "Firstly, because what got the developed world into its crisis in 2008 was 'large widespread borrowing by individuals who could not repay their debts' and now, what has got us out of our crisis is, luckily, 'large widespread borrowing by individuals who could not repay their debts".
